This Peanut Butter Pad Thai is a quick, craveable twist on a classic Thai-inspired noodle dish. Made with Annie Chun’s® Pad Thai Noodle Bowl, crunchy cabbage, and a creamy peanut sauce, this easy Asian noodle recipe delivers bold, comforting flavor in minutes—perfect for busy weeknights, work breaks, or anytime you want a fast, satisfying noodle meal.

Ingredients

Pad Thai Noodle Bowl with Vegetables
  • 1 ANNIE CHUN'S® Pad Thai Noodle Bowl
  • ¼ Coleslaw Mix or chopped cabbage
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the Annie Chun’s® Pad Thai Noodle Bowl and take out the sauce packets and toppings. Set the crushed peanuts aside for garnish.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix or chopped cabbage directly on top of the noodles in the bowl. This adds fresh crunch and texture to the finished Pad Thai.
  3. Prepare the noodle bowl according to the package instructions, microwaving until the noodles are hot and tender.
  4. While the noodles are heating, make the peanut sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and pourable. Adjust with a splash of water if needed.
  5. Once the noodles are fully heated, carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and stir well to combine the noodles, vegetables, and Pad Thai sauce.
  6. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the noodles and stir again until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
  7. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime juice, a sprinkle of chopped cilantro, and the crushed peanuts from the package for extra crunch and flavor.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy this easy, Asian-inspired peanut Pad Thai while hot.
