Loaded Pho

  • 1 ANNIE CHUN'S® Vietnamese-Style Pho Soup Bowl
  • 1 lime wedges
  • 3-4 Thai Basil Leaves, minced
  • ¼ cup rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 3-4 slices jalapeno
  • Hoisin, to taste

Prepare the Soup Bowl according to package instructions. After microwaving, squeeze the lime into the bowl, then stir to combine. Top with the chicken and jalapeño and garnish with minced basil and a drizzle of hoisin.

Notes: Remove the seeds from the jalapeño to reduce the heat level; if Thai Basil is unavailable, Italian basil will also work.
