Ingredients

Pho Soup Bowl with Vegetables
  • 1 ANNIE CHUN'S® Vietnamese-Style Pho Soup Bowl
  • 1 lime wedges
  • 3-4 Thai Basil Leaves, minced
  • ¼ cup rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 3-4 slices jalapeno
  • Hoisin, to taste

Directions

  1. Remove the lid from the Annie Chun’s® Vietnamese-Style Pho Soup Bowl and set aside any included packets.
  2. Prepare the soup bowl according to the package instructions, microwaving until the broth is hot and the noodles are fully heated.
  3. Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave and give the soup a gentle stir to distribute the noodles and broth evenly.
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice directly into the bowl, then stir again to brighten and balance the flavors of the broth.
  5. Top the hot pho with chopped rotisserie chicken, allowing the heat of the soup to warm the chicken through.
  6. Add the jalapeño slices on top for a fresh kick of heat.
  7. Finish with minced Thai basil and a drizzle of hoisin sauce to add aromatic sweetness and depth.
  8. Stir lightly or enjoy as-is, letting each bite combine tender noodles, savory broth, and bold toppings.

Notes:

  • Remove the seeds from the jalapeño to reduce the heat level.
  • If Thai basil is unavailable, Italian basil works as an easy substitute without sacrificing freshness.
