Wild Mushroom Stir Fry with Soy Ginger Sauce

Nothing beats the umami flavor of earthy mushrooms. This recipes uses 3 different kinds of mushrooms mixed with our yummy soy ginger sauce to create a really earthy and complex flavor profile to delight your senses. A great vegetarian option as well.

  • 2 TBSP cooking oil (canola or vegetable)
  • 1/2 cup brown mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup oyster mushrooms
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Annie Chun’s Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce
  • 1 to 2 TBSP chopped parsley (for garnish)
  1. Wash and rinse mushrooms and cut them into bite sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in wok and stir fry mushrooms and onion in oil until mushrooms are tender.
  3. Add Annie Chun’s Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce and cook until heated through.
  4. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  5. Serve as a light side dish or over rice.  May we suggest Annie Chun's Multi-Grain Sticky Rice or Black Pearl Rice.
