Vegetable Kung Pao

A great vegetarian recipe that is healthy but has great flavor (with a bit of a kick from the Kung Pao sauce) and full of texture. Also makes a great veggie side dish with another entree.

  • 3 TBSP Annie Chun's Kung Pao Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Canola Oil
  • 1 cup vegetables (broccoli/carrots/red peppers /zucchini/yellow onion)
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts

 

  1. Heat oil in pan over high heat. 
  2. Add vegetables to hot oil and stir fry 3 to 4 minutes. 
  3. Add Annie Chun's Kung Pao Sauce and stir to coat vegetables. 
  4. Add roasted peanuts and stir.
  5. Serve with warm rice.  Maybe we suggest Annie Chun's Sprouted Brown Rice or Multi-Grain Sticky Rice.
