Thai Basil Chicken Stir Fry

Craving your favorite Thai chicken dish but can't get to the restaurant? Try this tasty recipe to get your Thai food fix. Easy to make but big on flavor. This will end up being your go-to dinner rescue recipe.

  • 2 TBSP vegetable oil
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped chili (optional for those who like it spicy)
  • 1 cup chicken, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 3-4 TBSP Annie Chun’s Pad Thai Sauce 
  • 1 cup broccoli florets or green beans
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 1 cup loosely packed basil leaves


  1. Heat oil in pan. 
  2. Add garlic, chili and chicken and stir fry until the chicken is cooked. 
  3. Stir in Annie Chun's Pad Thai Sauce
  4. Add broccoli, scallions and basil and mix until heated through. 
  5. Serve over rice.  May we suggest Annie Chun's Sticky White Rice or Multi-Grain Sticky Rice.
