Smoked Salmon Rice Balls with Scallion

These rice balls are a fun take on sushi but are easier to make and just as delicious to eat. A traditional snack food in Asia, we’ve made our version fusion by using smoked salmon.

  • 1 package of Annie Chun's Sticky White Rice
  • 1/2 cup of smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 sheet of Nori (seaweed), crushed or 1/2 package of Annie Chun's Sesame Seaweed Snacks (crushed)
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced
  • 1 TBSP roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 TBSP sesame oil
  • 1-2 TBSP soy sauce or Annie Chun’s Teriyaki Sauce


  1. Heat rice as directed and add all remaining ingredients except soy sauce to rice; mix well.
  2. Mold rice by hand and form into balls.
  3. Serve alongside soy sauce.
