Seafood Pad Thai Noodle Soup

A thai noodle soup to delight the taste buds and warm the soul. No need to make the trip to your favorite Thai restaurant now when you can easily make this dish at home, with some help from our Annie Chun's Pad Thai Sauce You can thank us later. Slurp away.

  • 2 TBSP canola oil (can use vegetable oil)
  • 1/2 onion - sliced
  • 1 stalk Celery- sliced thin
  • 1 stalk carrot- sliced thin
  • 1 TBSP ginger- grated
  • 1 medium, red bell pepper- julienne
  • 1 tomato - diced
  • 2 cloves garlic- minced
  • 1 TBSP crushed red pepper
  • 2 quarts, water
  • 1/2 bottle Annie Chun's Pad Thai Sauce
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 package of Annie Chun's Pad Thai Rice Noodles
  • 1 cup frozen seafood mix- cleaned
  • 2 stalks, green onions- sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro- chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  1. Heat a large pot at medium high heat and add 2 TBSP of canola oil.
  2. Add onions, celery, carrots, bell pepper and ginger and cook until onions are translucent (about 4-5 minutes).
  3. Add tomato, garlic and crushed red pepper.  Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring.
  4. Add water and bring to simmer.
  5. Add pad thai sauce and soy sauce.  Mix thoroughly.
  6. Add seafood and noodle and let cook for max 5 minutes (make sure the heat is low - med not boiling otherwise the noodle will be soggy and seafood will be soggy)
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper
  8. Scoop into individual serving bowl.
  9. Squeeze lime juice and add cilantro and green onion to garnish.
  10. Enjoy and please slurp your noodles.
