Peanut Sesame Noodle Stir Fry

A delicious and nutritious stir fry with our peanut sesame sauce that is sure to become a family favorite.

  • 1 package of Annie Chun’s Organic Peanut Sesame Asian Meal Starter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast (you can use grilled chicken too) sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots (cut crosswise)
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy (separated and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • salt

 

  1. Cook noodles as directed; drain and rinse (add a little oil to keep from sticking).
  2. Arrange noodles on platter and set aside.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil to wok or skillet and stir-fry chicken until cooked through.  Add a little salt to taste.
  4. Remove from wok and set aside. 
  5. Use reminder of oil and stir-fry all the vegetables for 3-4 minutes. 
  6. Add chicken back to wok then add noodles. 
  7. Add sauce packet to wok and coat all ingredients and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add a little oil if noodles are too sticky. 
  9. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
