Chow Mein Noodle Salad with Shrimp and Spinach

A great noodle salad recipe with shrimp. Enjoy anytime of year.

  • 1 package of Annie Chun’s Organic Chow Mein Asian Meal Starter
  • 1 TBSP sesame oil (you can use canola or vegetable oil)
  • 1 cup pre-washed baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
  • 1/2 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienne cut
  • 1/2 cup of cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

 

  1. Cook noodles as directed.
  2. Add oil to noodles to keep from sticking then cool completely.
  3. Add the sauce packet and remaining ingredients to noodles; toss well until evenly coated.
  4. Serve salad cold or at room temperature.
