Chinese Asparagus and Tofu Stir Fry

A tasty vegetarian stir fry that's great for any occasion. Enjoy as your main entrée with a bowl of rice or works well as a side dish as well. The tofu makes the dish very filling and able to stand alone as a main course.

  • 1/2 cup of Annie Chun's Chinese Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of sliced asparagus
  • 2  TBSP vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 TBSP minced fresh ginger
  • 1 package of firm tofu, drained & cut into cubes

 

  1. Heat oil in wok over high heat. 
  2. Stir fry garlic and ginger for 20 seconds then add asparagus and cook until tender; remove from pan. 
  3. Keep wok hot (add more oil if necessary). 
  4. Cook tofu until browned then mix in asparagus and drizzle with sauce. 
  5. Toss well and serve.
