Baked Fish with Soy Ginger Sauce

A simple, fast, and delicious fish recipe. A great recipe to quickly add flavor and zip to your favorite fish.  Couldn't be easier and sure to please the palate.  Also really great for the waistline!

  • 1 lb. salmon, swordfish, sea bass or your favorite fish
  • ½ cup Annie Chun’s Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped scallions (green onions)
  • 2 lemon wedges

 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Rinse and dry fish.
  3. Place fish in a baking dish and top with sauce and scallions.
  4. Cover and bake for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges.
  6. Serve with rice and some of your favorite veggies.
