This award-winning sauce was one of our very first products and still is a favorite of all those who try it.  Light and savory, this delicious blend of hearty shiitake mushrooms and low sodium soy sauce is full-bodied and incredibly versatile without any fat.  Great with fish and tofu.  Now Annie Chun’s has bottled up the light and savory flavors of Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce and made it available to you. Ingredients: 

water, naturally brewed soy sauce (water, wheat, soybean, salt), cane syrup*, rice wine, rice vinegar, corn starch, shiitake mushroom*, garlic*, onion*, crushed garlic, lactic acid, xanthan gum.
