Create your own traditional Japanese soup with Annie Chun's Organic Japanese-Style Udon noodles. Made with premium wheat flour, our vegan noodles are great as a stir fry or in soup.
Stir Fry Cooking Directions: Over medium heat, add noodles to a small non-stick wok or pan with a tablespoon of toasted sesame oil for about 1 minute. Then add 4 tablespoons of Annie Chun's Teriyaki Sauce to the noodles and saute for 5 minutes. Add in fresh cabbage and sliced carrots (or any vegetables you have on hand) and your choice of cooked protein (cooked shrimp, beef, chicken or tofu) and cook for about 1 minute. Turn off the stove and add fresh mushrooms and bean sprouts. Stir for 1 more minute and serve hot.
Soup Cooking Directions: Add noodles to boiling soup (miso, chicken or vegetable broth recommended) for 2 minutes, then serve. For a heartier soup meal, add in Annie Chun's Frozen Mini Wontons and your favorite vegetables. Microwave: Add in your favorite Annie Chun's sauce on top of the noodles, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat on high for 2 minutes. Cooking time may vary according to microwave power. Mix and serve.
