Hawaiian Rice Bowl Heat a ready-to-eat bowl of sticky brown rice (try Annie Chun's Rice Express); add 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup macadamia nuts, 2 ounces diced ham, and 1/2 cup coconut. 

Health To Go --> A little bit of lean ham adds protein and big flavor; the rice and pineapple provide plenty of carbs.
