Cure for Spaghetti Burnout
Italian spaghetti is one of his staple meals, but he's ready to noodle around with new cuisines.  A quick asian sauce to have in his back pocket: Stir-fry chopped garlic, scallions, soy sauce and a few tbsp. brown sugar until thickened.  Add sliced meat (like pork or chicken) and veggies (like mushrooms or bok choy), then toss in Annie Chun's new precooked buckwheat soba noodles.
